​Returns Policy

At Daisy Chain Wreaths, we take great pride in our handmade wreaths and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If you are not happy with your purchase, please see our returns policy below:

1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
3. Please email us at info@daisychainwreaths.ie to initiate the return process.
4. Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
5. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
